ProductToModel is built for lawful apparel ecommerce imagery. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using the Service.
By using ProductToModel, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
You may use ProductToModel to upload lawful garment product photos and generate on-model apparel imagery for ecommerce, catalog, marketing, and merchandising use.
You may not use ProductToModel to upload, request, generate, modify, or distribute content that includes or promotes:
- Nudity, explicit sexual acts, pornographic content, fetish content, or other NSFW material
- Sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, including attempts to make outputs more revealing, erotic, or "uncensored"
- Content involving minors, age-ambiguous persons, or any exploitative sexual content
- Illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or harassing content
- False, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized use of another person's likeness, brand assets, or intellectual property
- Malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to extract ProductToModel models, prompts, or infrastructure
- Attempts to evade account limits, access restrictions, payment requirements, moderation decisions, or other service controls, including by using multiple accounts
We use a combination of automated checks and manual review to evaluate uploaded content and generated outputs.
If we believe content or behavior violates this policy, we may:
- Reject uploads, preview requests, or generated outputs
- Cancel a job before or after payment review
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove access to generated assets
- Report illegal activity where required
